1. Balzo's liability during transport
Balzo is committed to ensuring maximum safety during the transport of participants:
The means of transport used are subjected to regular maintenance and technical checks.
The drivers are qualified and comply with all road safety regulations.
The vehicle's insurance coverage is active for any damage or injury during the transport phase.
However, Balzo is not responsible for personal items forgotten, lost or damaged during transport.
Balzo is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, unexpected mechanical failures or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to find alternative solutions, but no refunds will be due for delays or cancellations resulting from these situations.
2. Responsibilities of participants during the excursion
Participants also undertake to respect the regulations and rules of conduct of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park (PNALM), in order to protect the environment and ensure the safety of wildlife.
During trekking excursions, Balzo cannot be held responsible for:
Injuries or accidents caused by falls, slips, attacks by wild animals or other natural conditions on the trail.
Health problems resulting from physical exertion or pre-existing conditions not declared by the participant.
Any damage to personal items (e.g. hiking equipment, electronic devices, etc.).
Adverse weather conditions or sudden climate changes during the excursion.
Damage caused to third parties or to the environment by the participants themselves.
Participants are directly responsible for any damage caused to third parties, structures, trails or the environment. Any fine or cost resulting from inappropriate behavior will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
3. Declaration of acceptance of responsibility
By booking an excursion with Balzo, participants declare that they:
Be in good physical condition and not suffer from any pathologies that could compromise their safety during the excursion. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be communicated to the organization in advance.
Take full responsibility for your own safety during the excursion.
Understand that trekking is an outdoor activity that involves natural hazards, including but not limited to rugged terrain, sudden weather changes, and possible encounters with wild animals.

Balzo provides transportation services and logistical support for excursions, but is not responsible for:
Physical or material damage suffered by participants during the trek.
Extraordinary events or force majeure that may interfere with the carrying out of the excursion.
